Brent Industries just blew up again, taking two workers with it despite a known trail of deadly violations stretching back decades. How many body bags does it take before regulatory agencies stop treating worker safety like a casual suggestion?
Two workers were killed when explosions tore through Brent Industries in Toledo early Tuesday morning. This same company had a deadly explosion in 2015 and a serious OSHA violation in 2004. These workers deserved a safe place to work and their families and the public deserve answers!
OSHA fines mean nothing to companies that view human lives as acceptable overhead expenses. Shut them down before they kill again.
